My Therapist are very good and kind they always listen me nicely and advice me promptly.
Suggested improvements
I think when someone is suffering with depression Never ask are they thinking to take their own lives. Because it’s not a good question and they might getting started to think about it like me.

Although appt time was running late - I was dealt with with kindness and efficiency by breast surgeon. Breast cancer nurse was lovely and answered all my questions .
Suggested improvements
I was sent to do pre op in outpatients 2 following meetings with breast surgeon and nurse. This involved over 2 hours waiting moving between chairs and being dealt with by 2 different nurses - very stressful and very inefficient. Could be better organised.

Very good for the needs I have. The counsellor was fair and made me feel at ease. I was able to talk honestly, and eventually speak about things I couldn’t talk about previously or to anyone.
It is good not to be judged, to be at ease and have someone listen without being condescending.

Be more sympathetic and not contradict the answers I gave or keep questioning
me!!!! Made me feel worse at the end. Had to go to see my GP the next day.
